The Templates feature can be used to create a set of standard messages so that instead of typing the same message over and over again, you can simply choose the template saved previously and hit send!
#1: Click on 'Messaging'.
#2: Click on the 'Compose' button.
#3: Select who you'd like to send the message to.
#4: Make sure that the 'Email' option is selected.
#5: Enter the subject and body of the message.
#6: Click on 'Template Options' and select 'Save as new template', under the 'Save' section.
Done! The text entered on the 'Subject' field will be used as the title of the template.
From now on, if you need to send this exact message again simply click on 'Template Options' and then on the title of the message you'd like to send under the 'Insert' section.
The 'Subject' and 'Body' fields will be auto-populated and you just need to choose who you'd like to send this message to and then hit the 'Send' button. Pretty cool, huh?
Things to note

Parents/Guardians and Teachers don't have access to this feature, only Administrators.
