FAQ
This report is available in which downloadable formats?
This report is only available in csv.
Can I remove columns and customize the report?
Not from within HiMama, though you are able to remove these columns after you’ve downloaded it!
What happens when a child is deleted?
The information for the invoice and transactions remain in the report, however the child name and parental information is removed from the report as that child’s information is no longer in the Himama system. This is why we recommend that users graduate children in lieu of complete deletion, until an adequate amount of time has passed.
Why is some data missing from 2019 even though I’ve been using the system?
Some of the data required for this report was not previously stored on our end internally. We wanted to provide as much of the data possible for historical purposes but we can only go back so far. Going forward you will see these sections filled out!
What happens with Manually created invoices?
If no billing period was identified when the invoice was created, we use the creation date. We look to see if the invoice was created between the dates selected in the date picker.
