Who has access to a child’s invoice?
Any contacts registered as a parent or guardian on a child’s profile will be able to view invoices. Emergency contacts will not be able to view invoices.
How do parents receive and view invoices?
Parents will receive a push notification and email when a new invoice has been sent to them. Going forward they will be able to view all invoices from within the HiMama app and on our website Learn more here.
How do I cancel an invoice?
If an invoice was created in error it can be cancelled before it is marked as paid. Parents will be able to view all cancelled invoices. Notes can be added to cancelled invoices at any time. Learn more here.
Can Parents get tax receipts from HiMama?
Yes! Parents can review their tax summary from the Invoices page. Learn more here.
If a parent replies to an invoice email, where is the reply sent?
Invoices are emailed through our system, however, the reply address is set as your center's email we have on file. So that when parents reply to the invoice, their message will be sent directly to your inbox. *Check your center's "Logins" page to view the "Center Contact" email and edit the User Settings to make any adjustments.
How can I send a receipt to parents?
Parents will be able to view their paid invoices from within the HiMama app and on our website, but you can also email them a receipt as well! Once an invoice has been marked as paid, you will have a Send Receipt button while viewing the invoice.
