Tired of retrying payments manually? Learn how you can use Auto Retry to take care of this for you!
*please note that billing is only available through the himama.com website
#1 From the left-hand menu, Click on “Billing”
#2 Click on the Gear icon in the top right corner to access your Billing Settings
#3 Click on the toggle below “Retry”
With this setting is turned on, HiMama will try processing the credit card 2 times per day indefinitely. For EFT/ACH accounts it will retry every 3-5 days.
If this setting is turned off, HiMama will not automatically try the payment and the director must manually retry the payment on each invoice.
