If a parent has stopped receiving Daily Reports from Himama it may have happened due to one of the following reasons.
The Parent has Downloaded the HiMama App
Part of what makes HiMama wonderful is the ability to delight parents with updates about their kids delivered in real-time throughout their day.
Upon downloading the HiMama app, Daily Reports and photo updates will no longer be sent via email. This is intentional as all of this information and more is available directly from within the app.
We recommend the HiMama app for the most complete experience as it provides a more comprehensive overview, but some parents may prefer to receive Daily Reports through emails instead.
If they would like to continue receiving emails for Daily Reports and photo updates they can uncheck the option to 'Send me fewer emails' from their User Settings on the HiMama app or website.
The Parent has Selected to Receive Fewer Emails
As mentioned above, parents can opt out of Daily Report or photo update emails if they check the 'Send me fewer emails' option. This can be changed from their User Settings on the HiMama app or website.
The Emails are Being Marked as Spam
Even if parents had previously received emails, it is still possible for them to become marked as spam. Parents are encouraged to check their spam/junkmail folders, or search for emails from @himama.com. If they still cannot locate any emails, have them reach out to their email service provider, and contact us through support@himama.com.
