How do parents receive invoices?
When you send an invoice, it will be emailed to all guardians on the child's profile. Historical invoices are also available to parents via the parent web portal.

Any notes you added to the invoice/tuition plan will be shown as well for the parent.
Where can parents view all past and current invoices?
Parents can view a historical record of all invoices by logging into to the parent web portal.
Here is what it will look like in the app for parents to see all invoices for their children. They can toggle between children as well.
Note: If this family has multiple children and you have created a siblings tuition plan for them and only attached one child, then the other child(ren) will not show any invoices for them. Don't be alarmed though, this is the correct set up for family/sibling plans!
Do invoices look different to parents?
Nope - What you see when viewing an invoice is the same as what they see! See above screen shots for examples from the parent side!
Which parents/guardians get to see a child's invoices?
Currently all guardians have access to a child's invoices. This means, if you attached a parent/guardian to a child's profile with their email address they will receive the invoice. Any "Emergency Contacts" on a child's profile will not receive the invoices.
When a parent replies to an invoice email, where is the reply sent?
Invoices are emailed through our system, however, the reply address is set as your center's email we have on file. So that when parents reply to the invoice, their message will be sent directly to your inbox. *Check your center's "Logins" page to view the "Center Contact" email and edit the User Settings to make any adjustments.
