Depending on the settings and device you're using, photos may automatically be saved that you upload to HiMama. If not, you can quickly and easily save them to your device.
On the App/Web browser with a tablet/phone
- Find the photo you'd like to save (whether on a classroom portfolio or child's portfolio)
-Tap and hold onto the photo and a pop up should appear on your device wit the option to save.
Note: You can also save a photo by taking a screenshot of the picture. Depending on your device settings to do this you might hold the "home" and "lock" button at the same time (iPad and iPhone devices) or "volume down" and "power" button at the same time (Android devices).
On a web browser using a desktop/laptop
- Find the photo you'd like to save (whether on a classroom portfolio or child's portfolio)
-Right click with your mouse or click with two fingers on your trackpad (Apple laptops) and save the image to your computer/laptop.

How can parents save videos?
Kiah's Little Learners
Parent's can download videos while logged into their HiMama account on a laptop or desktop. Please note that the mobile app does not currently support video download, though we hope to have it available in the future!
