In the case of multiple children, the parent's email address must be added to each of their children's profiles.
If the parent's email has been added to each profile and they are still not receiving updates for a particular child, it is likely there is a mistake or typo in the email address entered on that child's profile.
Visit the child's profile and double check that the email that has been entered for the parent is correct and contains no errors (pay close attention to ".com" vs ".ca" endings). If there was a mistake, simply correct the error and hit save; the parent will now be connected to that child.
