IF THE PARENT EMAIL ADDRESS IS INCORRECT
Visit their child's profile and double check that the email address was entered correctly and does not contain any typos (pay close attention to ".com" vs ".ca" endings).
If there was a mistake, simply correct the error and hit Save; an Invitation will automatically be sent to the corrected address.
IF THE PARENT EMAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT
You can re-send invitations from the Contacts page. You can access the Contacts page on your administrative account from the homepage. In the Overview box, click the Contacts button on the right-hand side.
PARENTS CAN INVITE THEMSELVES
Visit the website and click "Request an Invite" in the Parent section.
DIRECTORS CAN SEND THE INVITE
Visit the Request Invite page yourself, selecting the first option, and entering their email address.
