Our children all leave at the same time each day. Is there an option to have an automatic checkout time without having to do it each day?

    Hi Alpharetta Christian Academy!

Unfortunately HiMama does not have this capability yet, but I'll pass along your feedback to our product team!

In the mean time, you can turn on your auto send feature for that time so the children will be checked out and reports sent as soon as they leave.

You can also do a batch check out of the children at once from the Add Updates page (+ icon).

    Hi,

We have two tablets and theynsync very slowly to eachother, maybe an hour before they sync up. Is there anyway to speed this up?

I feel the attendance is difficult for children with rotating schedules. Having a full month calendar to fill out for each child I think would be easier. Just a suggestion :)

How do I edit attendance time for a child?  Can I do it as a group?

    Hi Brauser Maimonides Academy!

You can do this from your director side. On your home screen, click on the grey box near the top called "Enrollment" and select the specific class the child(ren) are in. Click on "Weekly Reports" which is also in a grey box near the top and select "Attendance". Next, click on the specific time you need to edit and click "Update Entry".

How do I go back and mark children present after the day has pasted and forgot to check in?

    Hi Little Scholars Daycare,

Great question! Unfortunately if the day has already passed, you cannot add in data (ie. a check in/ check out time) after the fact.
