If your parents have suddenly stopped receiving emails, there are several things you can do to troubleshoot this issue:
1. Check that the proper email has been added to the child's profile. There should be a green check mark beside their email as well. This means they have accepted the invitation.
2. If there is a check mark beside the email and they're still not receiving them, have them check to see if the emails are in their junk/spam folders.
3. If there are no emails from HiMama in their junk/spam folders, have the parent check their profile to receive emails.
4. If all the above has been checked, please submit a request with the email address that is not receiving emails and we will look further into it.
