How can my staff clock out for lunch or breaks?

    It would be great for administrators if we could change the hours total at the end- for example my staff sometimes use banked overtime hours or paid sick time when they are off. I can type a note at the bottom to my accountant to add it- but we also right now have to print it out, white out the hours total for the week, then add on the sick hours or banked time! It is an extra step that would be much easier to edit on the computer so I could just send it without having to print and manually edit the hours.
