- View classroom ratios in real time.
- Email and SMS staff.
Adding & Managing Staff
Log in with your administrator login using your email address.
On your homescreen dashboard, scroll down to the Staff Management section. Choose "Staff List".
From here, you will have the ability to "Add Staff" (green button top right), view weekly reports, schedule time off, and a number of other options in the "Actions" button.
Time Log
This page will allow you to see your staff's time cards. You can navigate to previous weeks (arrow buttons top right), print the week's time log (purple print button top right), and edit times (clicking on a time).
Note: you can edit and delete existing times but cannot enter new check-in or check-out times in the past.
By clicking on a staff member's name, you can pull up their individual time card for the month.
Scheduling/Ratios
As children are being checked in, the real time ratio will be reflected. You can find your teacher-to-child ratio on a Classroom's homescreen and the Administrative homescreen.
Staff Messaging
Administrators can now send and receive emails and send SMS messages to staff! Simply add an email address and mobile number onto a teacher's profile and visit the Message Center.
To view the staff message center click on the "Staff Inbox" within the whole message center.
From here, you can message staff via email or SMS by clicking the "Compose" button
Editing Time Cards
Only administrators have the ability to edit staff clock events and delete time cards.
